By accessing and using LAKAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
LAKAI is an AI-powered content growth platform that provides 21 tools including Viral Engine, AI scriptwriting, voice cloning, video editing, UGC creation, channel analysis, and more. The Service operates on a credit-based subscription model.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update your information as needed.
4. Subscription and Credits
The Service offers Free, Starter ($8/month), Creator ($19/month), and Pro ($47/month) plans. Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation. Credits reset every 30 days and unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Additional credit packs may be purchased separately.
5. Payments and Billing
Payments are processed by the following providers depending on your region:
- Stripe (Stripe, Inc.) — processes USD and international payments. Stripe handles billing, payment processing, sales tax, and refunds. By purchasing via Stripe, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
- Razorpay (Razorpay Software Pvt Ltd) — processes INR payments for users in India. Razorpay handles billing, recurring subscriptions, and payment verification. By purchasing via Razorpay, you agree to Razorpay's Terms of Use.
6. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase or renewal date. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to bypass credit limits or subscription restrictions
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Service or its data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
- Use automated bots to interact with the Service
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by LAKAI. You retain ownership of any data you upload or generate using the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall LAKAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
