No Refunds After Purchase
All purchases made on LAKAI are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription plan or credit pack is purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Subscription Plans
All subscription plans (Starter, Creator, and Pro) are billed on a recurring monthly basis. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods, unused credits, or any remaining time on your subscription.
Credit Packs
One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable. Credits are added to your account immediately upon purchase and cannot be reversed.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your current plan and credits until the end of your current billing period. No refund will be issued for the remaining time.
Payment Provider
All payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe handles all billing and payment processing on our behalf. Any disputes should be directed to us before contacting your bank.
